Shipping Restrictions
The Envelope Please ships Monday - Saturday.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Estimated Shipping Time
Printed cards: Shipped from our facility 2 - 3 days from date of proof approval
Blank Cards: Shipped within 1 or 2 days
These times exclude weekends and holidays.
We will inform you if there are delays to your order. Occasionally, product is out of stock or on back order.
International (Outside the US)
Currently The Envelope Please does not ship to Hawaii or outside the United States.
Refunds and Exchanges
Blank Stock: Can be returned within 14 days with a Return approval number given by customer service. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Printed orders: We are not able to accept returns for custom printed orders. Proofs will be provided and when approved are a contract agreeing that the order is ready for print. Once the proof is approved and the order has been printed, the customer is responsible for additional charges for reproduction.
If there is a mistake that needs to be corrected and is a customer error ie. wrong date, phone number, special considerations are made and a discount will be determined on paper and printing charges. Standard shipping rates will apply.
Sales Tax
All Indiana residents will be subject to a 6% sales tax.
